How does the Pro trial work?

Every new company gets a 14-day Pro trial with full access to all Pro features. No credit card required to start. At the end of the trial, you can choose to continue with Pro or stay on the Free plan.

What happens when my Pro trial ends?

When your 14-day trial ends, it depends on your team size. If you have 50 or fewer users, you'll be automatically moved to the Free plan and can continue using OfficeMates with basic features. If you have more than 50 users, you'll need to either upgrade to Pro to keep your full team, or reduce your team size to 50 or fewer to continue on Free.

Is there a user limit during the Pro trial?

During your 14-day Pro trial, you can invite up to 500 users — the same limit as a paid Pro subscription. The Free plan's 50-user limit only applies after your trial ends if you don't upgrade to Pro.

Can we switch plans later?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You can upgrade to Pro at any time. If you downgrade from Pro to Free, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you'll keep Pro features until then.

What happens if we go over the Free 50-user limit?

On the Free plan, you cannot invite new team members once you reach 50 users. You'll need to upgrade to Pro to add more people. Your existing team members will continue to have full access — no one loses access to OfficeMates.
